That's the whole setup. One person, one hand on the handle.

It's easy to talk about portability in the abstract. Here's the concrete version: this is what leaving for a clinic day actually looks like. No loading crew, no second trip to the vehicle, no equipment that requires two people and a plan.

Behind her is the other option — the cart, for days when capacity matters more than mobility. Both fully self-contained. Both built in the USA since 1986.

Anywhere, any place, any time.

The question we get most about portable units isn't about power or water. It's about suction.

Fair, honestly. Suction is where a lot of portable equipment quietly falls short, and you find out mid-procedure with a patient in the chair. Nobody wants to discover that 90 minutes from the shop.

The ProSolo doesn't have that problem. Real suction performance in a case one person wheels through a door — which is why it works as well in a spare exam room at a permanent office as it does in a school gym.

Small footprint. Not a small unit.

Look at the top row, then the bottom row. Those aren't tiers. They're two different answers to the same question.

Carts roll into a room and become the operatory. More on board, more capacity, built for the days where you're seeing patients back to back and the cart is the practice.

Cases go where a cart can't. Up stairs, into a nursing home room, into a vehicle already loaded with everything else. One person moves it alone.

Neither is the compromised version of the other. The question was never "how much can you afford" — it's "where are you working, and what has to get through the door?"

Tell us that and we'll point you to the right one.

Found this one in the archives. Different decade, same booth energy.

The equipment has changed a lot since — new units, new imaging, refinements we hadn't thought of yet. What hasn't changed is who stops at the table. Hygienists asking whether a portable unit can really handle a full day. Program directors doing the math on outreach. People who need to see the thing in person before they believe it.

Thirty-nine years of those conversations is how the product line got to where it is.

Still building. Still made in the USA. Still happy to talk it through.

"No external hookups needed" is four words doing a lot of work.

It means you don't have to ask a facility what you can plug into. It means a school gym with one outlet and a parking lot is a viable clinic site. It means the answer to "can you treat patients here?" stops depending on the building.

Air, water, suction, delivery — all integrated, all on board. Configured to how you actually practice, not to a standard package someone else decided on.

That's the difference between equipment that travels and equipment that's genuinely self-contained.

A fresh way to do dental.

Two carts. The honest difference between them.

ProCart II — self-contained, everything you need, nothing you don't. If your work is hygiene-forward, single-provider, or you're moving between sites where every pound and every inch counts, this is the one. It's not the smaller sibling. It's the right-sized answer.

ProCart III — the fullest system we build. More capacity, more capability, built for a schedule that doesn't let up. This is what goes into mobile vans and multi-site programs where the cart is the practice.

Most people overbuy. A few underbuy, which is worse. Tell us what a normal week looks like for you and we'll tell you which one you actually need.

Designed for what you need for mobility. Nothing more, nothing less.

Count the chairs.

That's a single room, a single day, and a line of patients who in most cases haven't seen a dentist in years. No plumbing. No operatories. No build-out. Every one of those setups arrived in a vehicle that morning and left that evening.

This is what portable equipment makes possible that nothing else does — not a scaled-down version of dentistry, but volume care delivered where the need actually is.

Mission trips. Free clinic days. School programs. Disaster response. Same answer every time.

Anywhere. Any place. Any time.

65+ countries.

Field clinics in places with no reliable power. School programs in rural districts. Correctional facilities, nursing homes, disaster relief sites, military field hospitals. Traditional offices adding an operatory without adding a build-out.

Same equipment. Same standard. Wherever it lands.

That's what we've been building since 1986 — dental systems that don't care where they are.

Anywhere. Anytime. Anyplace.

Best seller, and it isn't close.

Here's why: everything a delivery unit needs to do is in that case. Self-contained water. Air. Suction. Delivery. Closed, it rolls behind you through a door. Open, it's an operatory.

No compressor to source separately. No plumbing to find. No calling ahead to ask what the facility can hook you into.

It's the unit that gets people started in mobile dentistry — and the one they're still running years later, because we stock every part in it.

ProSolo. $5,188.

Monday: the elementary school. Tuesday: the nursing home. Thursday: 90 minutes out, where the nearest clinic is a two-hour drive for everybody who needs it.

Same equipment. Same day-to-day reliability. It just rolls behind you like a carry-on.

The ProSolo was built for providers whose practice has more than one address. Lightweight enough to move alone. Built well enough that moving it constantly doesn't matter.

Lightweight design. Heavyweight performance.
