Remembering September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸

25 years later, we continue to remember the lives lost on 9/11 and honor the many first responders, healthcare workers, and ordinary people who stepped forward to care for others in a time of unimaginable loss.

As a team dedicated to caring for our patients and our community, we are reminded today of the importance of compassion, service, and looking out for one another.

Healthy gums should feel comfortable and look healthy. But if you’re noticing any of these red flags, it may be time to pay closer attention:

🚩 Gums that are red, swollen, or tender

🚩 Bleeding when brushing or flossing

🚩 Receding gums or teeth that appear longer

🚩 Loose or shifting teeth

🚩 Change in your bite

And here’s the tricky part: gum disease doesn’t always cause pain. You can have a problem without realizing it.

Save this post as a reminder to keep an eye on your gum health, and talk with your dental team if you notice changes. 🦷
