At Mosaic Dentistry, helping people is the heart of our practice. Dr. Conley and Dr. Azarnoush are dedicated to providing comprehensive care in order for all patients to achieve optimal oral health. Mosaic Dentistry is all about our patients and the highest quality dental care. It is also our goal to keep your teeth healthy for a lifetime. With that in mind, we offer state-of-the-art technology and use the highest quality dental materials. We are happy to offer comprehensive care for both children and adults. Some of our services include Invisalign clear braces, crowns, implants, tooth colored fillings, "all-on-four" or "teeth in a day" dentures, extractions and sedation. We also have a Periodontist "gum specialist", Dr. Chris Bingham that works in our office so patients do not have to go for outside care. We have an amazing team who is ready to make your visit great from the minute you walk through our doors. 💙 ADDIE STRONG — CHALLENGE COMPLETE! 💙
When we started the Addie Strong Challenge, it was about more than miles. It was about showing up for Addie and the Wells family during an incredibly difficult fight. We wanted Addie to know that she is surrounded by people who are cheering her on, praying for her, and willing to put in the miles right alongside her. 💙
And WE DID IT! 🎉
Together, our team completed an incredible 360.45 miles! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
Every mile represented someone choosing to show up for Addie and remind her that she is NOT fighting alone.
And because we wanted to do a little more for Addie, we decided to DOUBLE our donation per mile!
Instead of $1 per mile, we’re donating $2 for every mile completed. 💙💛

Addie, these miles were for you. We hope you feel just how many people are in your corner, cheering you on and praying for you every step of the way.

👟 MILES FOR A CAUSE: ADDIE STRONG 💛
From September 1–21, our Mosaic Dentistry team is putting one foot in front of the other to raise awareness for childhood cancer research, inspired by the mission of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.

But this year, our miles have an especially personal meaning.

A 16-year-old girl named Addie, whose family I know through our church, was diagnosed with AML (acute myeloid leukemia) just five weeks ago. As Addie and her family navigate this incredibly difficult road, we wanted to find a small way to walk alongside them.

So, for every mile our team walks during our challenge, we’ve pledged to donate at least $1 per mile to a local fundraiser supporting the Wells family and helping with the significant medical expenses ahead.

And there’s an incredible piece of encouragement behind this: someone from our church has generously offered to match every dollar raised, up to $20,000. ❤️

So we’re walking.

For awareness.
For childhood cancer research.
For Addie.
And for the Wells family.
