As part of the Give Kids a Smile initiative, Hawkeye Community College held a free dental clinic for children where students got hands-on experience.

Some of our amazing staff volunteered last Friday and helped with this much needed service for our local kids. Our three doctors donated their time and expertise that helped over 70 local kids. The doctors were assisted by dental assistants Lisa and Tina. We also had three hygienists helping out. Thank you to Lucy, Ashton and Libby for your help with hygiene.

Go to the Festival of Trees and see the Partners in Education tree that we sponsored! Hansen Elementary did a great job of decorating it! Vote for your favorite tree, wreath or table setting. A great start to the holiday season.
