To our Castlewood neighbors: today we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of the firefighters, police, and first responders who gave everything to help others.

Their sacrifice reminds us what community and service truly mean.

🇺🇸 We remember. We honor. We never forget.

Ever wonder what happens during an implant procedure?

Here's what it really looks like at Castlewood Dental Group.

Dr. Shelburne and Dr. Davenport spend hours planning before we ever begin. We use 3D imaging to map your jaw and find the perfect placement.

On procedure day, our team focuses on one thing: your comfort. We explain every step. You're awake but relaxed.

The titanium post goes in, and within months, your jawbone grows around it like it's always been there.

Then we attach your custom crown—and you walk out with a tooth that works like the real thing.

We've done this hundreds of times. For you, it's once. We treat it that way.

Missing teeth age your face faster than wrinkles.

When you lose a tooth, your jawbone starts shrinking. Your cheeks sink in. Your lips lose support.
But dental implants stop that process.

They keep your jawbone strong and your face shape natural. No sagging. No "sunken" look.
Plus, you can eat anything again. Steak. Apples. Corn on the cob.

We're the Tri-Cities leaders in implant dentistry, including same-day tooth replacement.

Get the smile you've always wanted.

Think of a dental implant like a house.

The titanium post is your foundation—it goes into your jawbone and holds everything steady.

The abutment is like your walls—it connects the foundation to the visible part.

The crown is your roof—it's what everyone sees, and it protects everything below.

Just like a house built on solid ground lasts for decades, a dental implant built on healthy bone can last a lifetime.

We're leaders in the area for implant dentistry because we build foundations that last.
