Spill the beans—how do you take your coffee? ☕ Black, sweet, iced, or hot?
We’re raising a mug to National Coffee Day at Castle Rock Kids Dentistry! Drop your go-to coffee order in the comments below. (Bonus points if it’s cavity-friendly with less sugar!)

Just keep these quick tips in mind:
• Sip with a straw: Minimize contact with your teeth for iced coffee.
• Chase it with water: Rinse away tannins and acids.
• Wait to brush: Give your enamel 30 minutes to recover before grabbing your toothbrush.

Did you know that cavities can affect your baby's teeth? 🍼This condition often occurs when sugary liquids, like juice or milk, stay in your baby’s mouth for too long, especially during naptime or bedtime. To help fight this, here are some tips:

** Wipe Their Gums** Always clean your baby’s gums after feedings to remove sugar and bacteria. A damp cloth works wonders!
**Wean Off the Bottle:** Gradually transition your little one from a bottle to a sippy cup after 12 months.
**Regular Dental Visits:** Schedule their first dental visit by their first birthday. Early check-ups can make a big difference! 🦷🪥
