Hi, I’m Abbey Gail Weston! I’ve been working as a Treatment Coordinator for over five years now, and I truly love what I do. Helping people feel more confident in their smiles and making their orthodontic journey smooth and stress-free is something I’m deeply passionate about. There’s nothing quite like seeing the excitement on a patient’s face when they start their treatment—it’s incredibly rewarding.

I grew up in a small town where life was simple but full of meaning. I spent a lot of my childhood raising sheep, which taught me the value of hard work, responsibility, and the importance of community. Those lessons have stuck with me and really shape how I approach my work every day.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll most likely find me with my family and kids, soaking up every moment we get together. I also love being outdoors—whether I’m out walking a trail or just enjoying a quiet moment in nature, it’s how I recharge and stay grounded. I feel really lucky to do what I love and to be part of each patient’s journey toward a healthier, happier smile.

I’m Mollie McDonald, and I’ve had the privilege of working as an Orthodontic Assistant for the past 7 years. I’m passionate about helping patients achieve their best smiles and making their journey to a confident, healthy smile as comfortable and positive as possible.
Whether it's adjusting braces, assisting with treatments, or providing care and support, every day in the office brings something new and exciting. I love being a part of this incredible field and helping patients feel at ease through every step of their orthodontic journey.
Outside of work, you can find me hitting the dance floor 💃 or baking up a storm 🍰—I’m all about staying active and indulging in some sweet treats! When I’m not doing that, I love spending time with my amazing family and friends. Life is all about balance, and for me, it’s about finding joy in both my professional and personal life. 😊
