I pay all associated payroll costs & taxes & cover Worker's Compensation for all my subs. My sub hygienists carry their own Malpractice Insurance. I utilize ADP, and it is simple for my subs to utilize for clocking in and out & for direct deposit, etc. Due to the above-mentioned payroll expenses, my subs are paid every 2 weeks. The offices that utilize my services are extremely well run offices, and I enjoy working with them. These offices pay my agency an additional percentage to provide the office with quality subs. I can't compete with an online forum such as ondiem or kwikly or even Facebook when the advertising is $60-$75/hr seemingly without a care as to how much experience the hygienist has. My questions are: Are all hygienists only after as much money as they can get? Is the quality of office management and the dentist no longer important?
If you are an office utilizing these forums does it not matter if the sub shows up or if they provide quality care? Does the quality of service no longer matter?
