A tooth that suddenly feels rough or uneven may have plaque or tartar buildup, a small chip, or changes to the enamel.

Even a subtle change in texture can be worth noticing, especially if the rough area doesn’t go away with regular brushing. 🔎

Dirt in February. Steel in May. Brick in June.
Watching this go up week by week has been surreal — and it’s finally close.
New building. Same team. Opening Mid November. Can’t wait!!!

A toothbrush with worn or frayed bristles may not clean your teeth and along the gumline as effectively as it once did.

For most people, replacing your toothbrush or brush head about every three months can help keep it working properly. If the bristles become worn sooner, it’s time for a replacement. ✨

How often do you usually replace your toothbrush? Share your routine in the comments!

Smile design starts with the patient’s desired outcome.

Before anything is changed, Dr. Springhetti first wants to understand what you want your smile to look like and what you want to improve.

From there, the process works backward.

Digital dentistry helps bring that plan to life by evaluating the details that matter, including facial structure, jaw position, lip movement, gum display, tooth proportions, clinical photos, and digital scans.

The goal is not simply to make teeth look better.

It’s to create a smile that fits your face, works with your function, and feels natural to you.

That’s what makes a truly personalized smile design.

Sometimes the right dentist is worth the drive.

What stood out to this patient wasn’t just the dentistry. It was the way Dr. Springhetti made her feel from the very beginning.

A handshake.
Eye contact.
Remembering her family.
Actually listening.

That kind of genuine connection is hard to replace.

Even after trying a more convenient office closer to home, she realized convenience wasn’t more important than feeling comfortable, understood, and cared for.

So now she drives across town because the experience is worth it.

At Springhetti Dentistry, listening to patients and looking at the bigger picture is part of the care.
