About Packard Dental
Packard Dental is currently a second generation family-owned dental business that first opened its doors in 1963. Three brothers, Ron, Von and Floyd, built the office at 725 Grand Ave., Carlsbad, where the practice remains. When their sons obtained their dental degrees, they were hired and eventually purchased the practice. The second generation doctors, Mark, Floyd and Forre
st, practiced together until a valued associate joined the team in 2005. The Packard Dental doctors continue to practice with the same gentle care and family values as the first generation. The second generation has added some specialty training so they are able to effectively treat patients with new ways. This includes "A crown in a day" and sleep disorders. All done in the same caring way that everyone relies on. Packard Dental has a strong commitment to our patients and our community . The same family practice will continue for many years to come as the third generation has started following in their father's and grandfather's footsteps. The third generation Dr. Matt Packard (one of Dr. Mark Packard's sons) started at our same location in July of 2011 and this year another son Dr. Jared Packard will join us, around July 2012.
