Spring is finally here!!🌷☀️

Here are some spring cleaning ideas for your dental routine!

1. Replace your toothbrush or toothbrush head once every 3-4 months.
2. Be sure to brush for 2 minutes, 2 times a day.
3. Flossing before brushing loosens plaque and food debris allowing the toothpaste to reach in-between teeth.
4. Drink plenty of water to wash away food particles and bacteria.
5. Incorporate crunchy, healthy foods like carrots, celery and apples, which help naturally clean our teeth.
