Kravanya & Boente Family Dentistry is seeking a motivated, friendly and compassionate full time registered dental hygienist to join our team. We are a private practice with a Litchfield and a Carlinville location. Our office is patient focused and equipped with modern technology including digital x-rays, voice enabled perio charting, digital impressions, and CBCT. We offer competitive pay based on experience, paid holidays, paid time off, uniform allowance and a 401K. We look forward to hearing from you!

While we’re sad to see her leave the dental office, we are SO proud of her!

Emmy, you have been such an important part of this office. Your kindness, hard work, patience, and sense of humor have made a difference not only to all of us here, but to every patient who walked through these doors. You always brought positivity to the team, even on the busiest days, and your caring heart is exactly what will make you an incredible nurse.

Although we’ll miss seeing your smile around the office every day, we know this is just the beginning of something amazing for you.

We are happy to announce Dr. Callie Fleshren will be joining our practice in July!

Dr. Callie Fleshren is from Port St. Joe, FL and graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences. In 2025, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, graduating magna cm laude.

Dr. Fleshren was drawn to dentistry by its ability to provide life changing care to people in the community. She enjoys helping to give people new smiles and ensuring patients have comfortable experiences in the office.

Dr. Fleshren currently lives in Maryville with her boyfriend, Will, and dog, Ginger. They enjoy spending time outside on walks, playing pickleball, fishing, and exploring the countries national parks.
