Here are some real, dentist backed tips to help you keep your smile healthy and strong.

1. Brush twice a day for 2 minutes each time
2. Floss once daily to catch what your brush misses
3. Limit sugary snacks and drinks between meals
4. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months
5. Don’t skip your 6 month checkup and cleaning

Capitola Dental is a high tech office offering the latest technology in dentistry today. Capitola Dental has two experienced dentists to meet your dental needs: Dr. Hafid Ortega and Dr. Tara Vattadi.

We specialize in same day porcelain crowns and bridges. These are lab quality crowns with absolutely no metal in them! We also offer Invisalign, implants, Lanap Laser Gum therapy, tooth colored resin fillings, 3 dimensional scans for proper jaw and tooth evaluation, extractions, bone grafts, root canal therapy, Deep cleanings, full mouth reconstructions, Veneers, Night Guards, Sports Guards.

We have our own in-office laboratory with our porcelain ceramist Krista who has been designing and fabricating our cases for the past 20 years with precise perfection.

We do all aspects of dentistry here at Capitola Dental so our valued patients can have all their dental needs met here.

Our Front office staff will help with all the details of your insurance and help assist you with all finances! Capitola Dental is located in the heart of Capitola.
