Dentistry is our profession, but People are our focus. Drs. Craig Henzel and Steven Smith practice general dentistry in their hometown of Canton, OH.

Henzel and Smith are the 5th and 6th dentists at a 50+ yr old practice. Both graduates of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, Dr Henzel joined the practice 17 years ago and Dr Smith joined over 5 years ago. They offer a wide range of dental treatment which includes periodontal, white and silver fillings, crowns, dentures, root canals, Invisalign, oral surgery, implants/mini implants, cosmetics, and digital X-rays. Patients have a great view from the chair of beautiful courtyard filled with flowers, bird feeders, and wild life. Set up an initial exam and allow our wonderful staff make your dental visits a care free and enjoyable experience!

Dr. Tom Paumier has made the difficult decision to retire from regular patient care at the end of June 2026. He will continue to assist us with hygiene exams and he will also continue teaching at Mercy's General Practice Residency and Case Western Reserve's Dental School. We salute Tom on a fulfilling and excellent career. His patient's truly love him and constantly express how much they will miss him. Dr. Paumier has dedicated his life to his patients and organized dentistry. Dr. Paumier will be sworn in as American Dental Association's President in October 2026. Tom will represent over 160,000 dentists during his tenure as President.

Due to current weather conditions and for the safety of our patients and staff. Drs. Henzel, Smith and Paumier’s office will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 26th.

Office Christmas lunch today and we decided to play a little prank on the Drs. We did anything but the cup! It didnt take long for them to catch on although they they already think we are crazy!!
