To our Valued Customers,
In accordance with recommendations put forth by the ADA. and State and Federal Governments, Artizahn Dental Laboratory, Inc. will be scaling down all production except for emergencies as of March 27, 2020. We will continue to monitor incoming calls, emails and deliveries to accommodate your needs as we are able. If you need to reach us after the 27th, please leave a message at (585) 394-4450 or feel free to contact me at [email protected] . We are working hard to complete all of the cases we have in production and will maintain communication with your office as we get closer to closing. We do have staff and drivers who are on call should you need a case that we have on hold or a case in progress delivered.

At this point, we cannot provide a specific date for which we will fully reopen and call all staff back in. However, we are closely monitoring the situation as it unfolds, and hope to fully resume business by April 13, 2020, or sooner if restrictions are lifted. This is certainly an unprecedented event that affects us all and it is our goal to get back to supporting the needs of the dental community as soon as possible.
