Do you get a lot of mouth sores? It could be your toothpaste.
Some people are sensitive to the ingredient that causes toothpaste to foam. It’s called sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS).
Try a SLS free toothpaste and see if things improve.
My favorite is Sensodyne Pronamel. Others include Squigle and Tom’s of Maine.
Make sure to double check the label for being SLS-free. I also recommend you make sure it has fluoride, as well.
