As we head into the new year, we’d like to share a few important office policies to help keep things running smoothly:

⭐️ Appointment Confirmations: Appointments must be confirmed the business day prior. Any unconfirmed appointments will be released to other patients and will need to be rescheduled.
⭐️ Missed or Same-Day Cancellations: A $30 fee will apply.
⭐️ Card Payments: A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit/debit card payments.
⭐️ Late Payments: Payments not received by the 20th of each month will incur a $30 late fee.
⭐️ Insurance Updates: Please remember to update your insurance information at your first appointment of the year.
