Our wonderful patient was not happy with her smile and wanted to see what could be done. We started with Invisalign and completed her case in less than a year. This corrected her anterior crossbite and traumatic bite. Then we conservatively repaired her worn incisors by adding composite to restore their original form.

This young man suffered a traumatic fall over the weekend. We had no time for lab restorations because of school so I used minimally invasive composite bonding to restore his smile.

Amazing what a little plastic can do. Patient wasn’t happy with the lower crowding and his angled front teeth. Not only did we align his teeth with Invisalign we also improved the function of his bite. He’s able to maintain better oral hygiene now that he can easily floss between his teeth. Our patient had straighten his teeth with Invisalign and wanted to fix the jagged edges of his front teeth. We repaired the edges with composite and lifted his gums in the middle imagine. We saw a lot of fractured and cracked teeth in 2021. In the first image we have a fractured tooth that was restored with a crown. The second imagine shows a cracked tooth was very painful and needed a root canal followed by a crown. Both progressed in different ways following the initial exam. Depending on the position of the crack and degree, the results may be severe. Sometimes it’s better to be proactive than reactive and getting ahead of a crisis.

Some fine tuning with composite on the front two teeth and GLO whitening post Invisalign treatment. Patient left happy and confident with their new smile! 😁

Patient wasn’t happy with the black triangle in between his front teeth. Wasn’t interested in any major work but instead something minimally invasive. Closed the gap with a composite filling. Sometimes less is more 🤷🏻‍♂️
