Brushing cleans about 60% of your tooth surfaces—but flossing helps clean the other 40% between your teeth where your toothbrush can't reach!

✔️ Use about 18 inches of floss
✔️ Gently curve the floss around each tooth in a "C" shape
✔️ Slide below the gumline without snapping
✔️ Use a clean section of floss for each tooth

Just a few minutes of flossing each day can help prevent cavities, gum disease, and bad breath.
