What do you love about dentistry?

I love taking care of people, making the anxious comfortable, and watching transformations happen over the course of treatment and how that affects my patients lives!

What got you into it?

A college advisor recommended me to consider dental assisting when I was applying for radiology technician school.

What keeps you engaged and passionate in your job/role as a dental professional?

I love people, I love taking care of people. I love learning and growing. I have learned so much since starting dentistry in 2013. It’s a really intriguing industry and constantly evolving. Mostly, my coworkers and my patients, though!

What do I love about dentistry?

I love meeting people from all walks of life, and building positive connections with them, while helping them take care of their health.

What got me into Dental Hygiene?

I’ve always been interested in how the body works, and dental hygiene lets me use that interest in a hands-on way.

What keeps me engaged in my job?

I like seeing positive changes in my patients’ dental health and watching them become more confident and happy with their smile. I also value knowing that improving their oral health can impact their overall health and quality of life.

Fun fact:

I like going to the different Texas State Parks.
