We are excited to announce that our office has made some changes to help your check-in process go quicker at your next appointment. You will receive a text message with a link to the online forms when you schedule or confirm an appointment. Please fill these forms out prior to arriving at our office. We ask for your patience with the front office as we get everyone updated and into our new system.

We have been under going some changes at the office and the one we are most excited about is our new CEREC machine. The CEREC mills your crown while you are in the chair. If you need to make appointment for a crown or have any questions regarding the CEREC, please call the office at 706-629-6100.

Our office will be closed Monday March 30,2026. We are in the process of remodeling the office and we will need to be closed on Monday to finish one of our projects. We will reopen on Tuesday March 31,2026. We are sorry for any incovenience this may have caused. Thank You, Dr. Shireen Ku.
