Can you remember the last time you replaced your toothbrush?

If you’re drawing a blank, this Tuesday tip is for you.

Replace your toothbrush—or electric toothbrush head—every three to four months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed or worn. Worn bristles don’t clean your teeth as effectively.

Choose a soft-bristled brush that comfortably reaches every area of your mouth, and use gentle pressure. Your teeth need consistent care, not a harder scrub.
