There is some big news at Hier Family Dentistry. Our long time hygienist, Dawn, has decided to cut back at our office to pursue a new opportunity. Beginning in early January, Dawn will start working for a company that treats individuals in assisted living facilities thru out the state. Dawn has always had a passion for treating senior citizens and when this opportunity presented itself to her, she couldn't turn it down. While we will miss seeing her every day, she will still be working with us at a reduced capacity.

As a result of Dawn cutting back, we are excited to welcome a new member to our dental team. Shaylin will be starting with us after the first of the year. She is originally from Jenison and attended GRCC for hygiene school. Shaylin graduated in 2021 and was previously working at a bigger multi dentist practice and decided that she wanted a smaller office that focuses more on patient care. She currently lives in Caledonia and enjoys hiking, photography and cooking in her spare time. We can't wait for you to meet her!
