10 minimal-prep veneers for David!

This case was all about addressing chipped and worn anterior teeth that had a history of composite bonding. His prior bondings (not by us) were short-lived and debonded frequently... basically everyone’s worst nightmare. When he came to our office he was understandably looking for a durable, long-term solution that would maximize on aesthetic results.

We started with POLA Whitening to boost his natural shade, and then completed his smile with 10 porcelain veneers in a BL2 shade with low texture and translucency.

We think the most natural smile makeovers are the ones that make you forget what your smile looked like before. 🤔

This patient had resin veneers previously placed by another office on her front six teeth to address erosion, but the aesthetics and feel of the resin wasn’t what she’d hoped for.

Preserving healthy tooth structure was one of her biggest priorities (which is something we’re always thinking about too!). Before preparing her teeth for veneers, she completed Invisalign treatment with our friend Dr. Rhoads. By placing her teeth in a more ideal position, we were able to take a minimally invasive approach with her veneers.

During smile design, our goals were to:
👏 Level the occlusal plane for a more balanced smile
👏 Improve the symmetry and proportions of each tooth
👏 Reduce the negative space in the buccal corridors for a fuller smile

These effortlessly natural results were achieved with 10 porcelain veneers in BL3 by the master Bob Clark, CDT, LVIM
