Do you feel underappreciated and over worked?
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves. We are Adam DeSanctis and Kristopher Keeton the dentists and co-owners of Willard Street Family Dental, located in Burlington, Vermont. Our practice has been in existence since the 1960’s and we have owned it for the last 16 years. At our office, we know the importance of having a great hygiene team and we do our best to make sure that all of our employees feel appreciated and are provided with the best working environment possible. We are currently looking for a full time and a part time hygienist. We are flexible in our offering. We want to work with your schedule: The full time position would be 30-40 hours and 4 or 5 days per week. Part time hours are flexible – let us know what your ideal schedule would look like!

Here is a little bit more about ourselves and our philosophies on dentistry:
• We are a prevention based office. We have a large patient pool and are conservative in our treatment plans. We always want to “do what is right” for the patient. We try to treat our patients like we would treat our family members. In fact, we both have children and extended families in the area and are very active in our communities. Many of our patients really ARE like family members!
• We do not “sell” dentistry. We allow patients to choose options of treatment that best suit them and their unique constraints. We stress taking care of dental issues when they are small and not letting them become bigger problems.
• We offer a broad range of services to our patients’ entire families. We treat pediatric and geriatric patients and everyone in between!
• We know that relationship building is important! All of our regular prophy appointments are 1 hour; we want you to be relaxed but thorough with our patients.
• Our doctors always supervise hygiene appointments. We want you to feel supported.
• We value team work within the practice as highly as consistent patient care.
• We offer 24/7 emergency care year round; patients who are in pain are usually seen the same day.
• We are very competitive in the salaries and benefits that we offer our staff.
