Tracy M. Edwards, DDS Welcome to the dental office of Dr. Tracy M. Edwards! We are committed to working with you to establish complete oral health in a relaxed environment.

Dr. Edwards was born in Louisiana, but grew up in Mebane, NC. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from UNC Chapel Hill where she majored in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry. She then attended dental school in Chapel Hill, graduating in 1996. While in dental school, Dr. Edwards received the Whitehead Memorial Scholarship and was named to "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities

and Colleges." As part of her training, Dr. Edwards traveled to Alaska to work at the Alaska Native Medical Center. She also spent time in Mexico studying the health care system and working in an orphanage providing much needed dental care. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Edwards lived in Dunn, NC and Rocky Mount, NC where she worked as an associate in two already established practices to gain experience. She opened her practice in Burlington in January 1999. Dr. Edwards is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Alamance/Caswell Dental Society, Delta Sigma Delta National Dental Fraternity, and Phi Mu National Sorority.
