AN EXCITING NEW CHAPTER FOR ORTHODONTIC CARE IN SOUTHEAST IOWA
We are thrilled to share wonderful news about the future of our practice and orthodontic care in the Burlington community.
Drs. Matthew Croco and Luke Hovey of Croco Orthodontics will assume ownership and leadership of the practice, ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional orthodontic care to patients and families throughout Southeast Iowa.
Dr. Croco is a board-certified orthodontist who has provided exceptional orthodontic care to Iowa families for more than 20 years. Through his established practices in Coralville and Mt. Pleasant, he has built an outstanding reputation for clinical excellence, advanced treatment, personalized attention, and creating a welcoming experience for patients of all ages.
Dr. Hovey is an orthodontist committed to delivering thoughtful, patientfocused care grounded in strong clinical training and established orthodontic principles. A native of Bettendorf, he recently relocated back to Iowa after completing his orthodontic residency. Dr. Hovey is excited to join the Croco Orthodontics team.
Following the heartbreaking loss of Dr. Daniel Garrison, we understand that many patients and families have felt uncertain about the future of their treatment and the practice. We are deeply grateful for your patience, loyalty, and trust during this difficult period. We have worked diligently to identify the right long-term leader, someone with the experience, values, resources, and commitment necessary not merely to continue the practice, but to help it thrive for many years to come.
This transition provides the practice with a strong and stable future. Patients will benefit from the combination of a familiar local team that knows and cares about them and the leadership and resources of one of Iowa’s most established orthodontic practices. Our team will be contacting patients directly regarding any temporary scheduling adjustments that may be necessary during the transition. We expect to return to normal operating hours and regular scheduling in the very near future.
As part of this transition, all patients of record who previously received treatment at the Fort Madison and Keokuk offices will be seen at the Burlington location moving forward. Consolidating patient care in Burlington will allow the practice to provide more consistent scheduling, staffing, technology, and clinical resources while maintaining the personalized attention our patients deserve.
We are incredibly excited to welcome Drs. Croco and Hovey and we look forward to introducing them to our patients and families.
