I just wanted to share a case we recently completed. A patient lost the upper left central incisor. In this particular instance, the tooth had to be extracted, and a bone graft was placed as well. After a period of healing, the implant was placed here at our office, and we eventually restored it with an implant crown that is screw-retained. Please note the small area on the palatal side of the tooth that looks like a little circle. This is a small access area filled with white filling material. This is what allows us to access the implant crown if necessary at a later date. Also, the gum tissue around the implant crown is pretty even with the neighboring teeth. Our lab folks at Hope Town Dental Lab did an excellent job!

If you are struggling with a loose denture, check this out....

Just wanted to share a recent upper Fixed Denture supported by implants that we completed. If you'll notice, the palate is totally gone. Wearing an upper complete denture with a palate is a big complaint we get from patients. This particular treatment makes a HUGE difference in the ability to chew and speak.
