63? Don’t worry—we’ll just call it “29 with 34 years of management experience.” You’ve officially reached the age where your back gives performance reviews before you do, and every noise you make when standing up is now considered a company announcement.

In all seriousness, thank you for being an incredible boss, mentor, and someone who genuinely cares about the people around you. Your leadership, humor, and dedication make this office a better place every day. We appreciate everything you do—even if we pretend not to listen sometimes.
