If you’ve been following DOMEzero, this is a chance to learn from the doctors behind it in person.

Dr. Claudia Pinter, Dr. Stanley Liu, and Dr. Gary Adams will all be speaking at the DOME Summit in Clearwater, November 6–7. They’ll get into the clinical decisions behind expansion, from TAD-first approaches to case outcomes and hands-on demonstrations. ODL makes the DOMEzero appliance, and we’re glad to be supporting the event.

Swipe to meet the speakers, and head to the link in our bio for the full agenda.

There’s a lot more to ODL than just the team here in Buffalo, and one of the biggest parts of that is our amazing ODL South team in Costa Rica.

For more than a year now, Brandon, Dr. Tati, Dr. Monica, Dr. Rebe, Dr. Mercedes, Dr. Carolina, Marco, Filipe, and Jonathan have worked alongside our Buffalo team every day. They’re a full-time part of ODL and play a huge role in helping us maintain the quality, consistency, and service our doctors count on.

We’ve also had the chance to welcome several of them to Buffalo, spend time together, and really get to know each other beyond Zoom calls and case discussions. Even though they’re in another country, we absolutely consider them part of our in-house team—just with better weather. 😂

Costa Rica has an incredible talent pool, and we’re so proud of the team we’ve built there. Their skill, experience, and commitment make ODL better every single day.

We’re incredibly grateful for the entire ODL South team and proud to have them as part of the ODL family. 🇨🇷❤️🇺🇸

Train where the appliance was born.

Dr. Neil Warshawsky spent 30+ years developing the clinical insight behind Casper before a single appliance shipped. Now he’s bringing 30 orthodontists inside that process — live patients, real cases, and a full digital workflow from scan to delivery.

This is where expansion gets more interesting.

During our inaugural Atlas Forum meeting in May, Dr. Monica Cortés Mondragón discussed the DOMEzero Protocol — a synchronized approach that combines bone-anchored maxillary expansion with clear aligner treatment.

The idea is not just to expand.

It is to expand while managing the smile, the bite, the patient experience, and the esthetic concerns that often come with traditional expansion.

DOMEzero is built around synchronized expansion and aligners, helping patients avoid the large visible gaps that can make treatment harder to accept.

That is exactly the kind of conversation Atlas was built for: practical, advanced, and focused on how modern treatment protocols can become more patient-specific and more usable in real practice.

This is why CBCT review matters.

During our first Atlas webinar, Dr. Nick Colvin of Carolina OMF Imaging walked through a MARPE case where the appliance side looked strong — but the scan revealed a much bigger clinical picture, including a significantly narrow airway and frontal sinus opacification associated with severe headaches.

That’s the point of Atlas.

Not just more information. Better clinical discussion.

Diagnosis, radiology, airway, appliance design, and treatment planning all have to come together if we want better decisions before treatment begins.
