Where do we even begin with our wonderful Gayle!? 💛
For the past 10 years, Gayle has been the heart behind so many smiles, bringing warmth, kindness, and a genuine welcome to every patient interaction. She has that rare gift of making every single person feel seen, heard, and like they’re the most important person in the room.

Before joining our family, Gayle spent 10 years in orthodontics — but she says these last 10 years with us have absolutely flown by! And honestly… we feel the same. Time flies when you get to work alongside someone so special. ✨

Even while working from home, Gayle’s impact is felt every single day. Our patients constantly ask about her, check in on her, and light up whenever they get the chance to talk with her. At this point, we’ve joked that we need a life-size cardboard cutout of Gayle in the office just so patients can still “see” her when she’s not here in person! 😂💕

Gayle, your compassion, positivity, loyalty, and dedication have shaped our office culture in the most beautiful way. You make patients feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued — and that’s something that cannot be taught.

Our team had our annual planning event where we reflected on our accomplishments and looked ahead to what the future holds. It was Dr. Schaefer’s and Ariella’s first time, and we are so happy to have them on our team!

Thank you Dr. Strickland and Dr. Carlyon for making this experience so memorable — from GoGames (our scavenger hunt + fun activities!) to the thoughtful gifts that truly represented connection!

We’re also so grateful to our families for giving us the time away to learn and grow together. It’s always worth it. So many laughs, memories, and meaningful moments were shared 🤍
