Only two more sleeps before the teachers at Ringgold Elementary get a nine day holiday.

We thought today would be the perfect day to surprise them with Dale's Donuts-Benton and Lokal Koffee Roasters.

We ordered the donuts, called to order the coffee when we were told we could do one pick up. There's a delivery man who grabbed the donuts early this morning and had them ready for us at the coffee shop.

YESSSSS!
We walked in, grabbed it all and headed to Ringgold.

Happy (ish) Monday!

We've got a busy week ahead.
Ten new patient appointments on the books in hygiene.
We've still got a handful of openings for treatment before those benefits reset in January of 2026.
Several splint cases for Dr. Fulks.
And a staff meeting.

How many days until turkey and dressing?
How many days until Santa comes?
We're ready for all of it.

Meet Noah.

We could tell you his story, but we think his dad tells it best.

"My son had a traumatic accident involving his front teeth when he was nine.

He is now 18 and has that smile that Dr. Fulks worked so diligently to keep.

There are quite a few factors that accompany dental trauma with a pre-teen, from waiting on bone density development to preserving one’s self esteem.

Teenage years can be tough on kids, but Dr. Fulks and his staff were with us throughout the whole process!

Every time we visited, the staff remembered who we were and always wanted to know how we were doing.

So much so, that they all came to see him before he left after having his implants/teeth finished.

Noah is now a freshman at Mississippi State. He's a brilliant, sweet kid who is on the men's soccer team. We are cheering him on from Saline County.

Good dentistry is a thoughtful, intentional practice that takes time. We are most thankful for the patience Noah and his family extended to us and for us.

This week at the FFD.

We're filling lots of those 30 minute emergency exam spots.
And sometimes they turn into treatment.

We still have openings for treatment before 2026. If you have benefit plans, you need to use those remaining benefits before the end of the year!

Today we wrap up a full mouth rehab case that we CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU TO SEE.

Tuesday we're meeting with The Edit Lab to create video content.

And of course...we're already missing Dr. Cooper.

Today is Dr. Cooper's last day at the FFD.

Tuesday, he will be sharing an office with his wife in Hot Springs Village at Village Dental Group.

And while we are sad about him not being here, we are mostly proud to have called him ours for four and a half years.

Dr. Cooper is kind and patient and honest. He listens well. He is empathetic and generous and always wants to do what is best.

Things you cannot teach.
That's him.

We will miss his gentle spirit and his Cooper-isms.

If you find yourself in the village or just want to follow him from here, let us know.
We will understand.
