🌟 September’s Employee of the Month is our outstanding office manager, Kaila! 🌟

Kaila joined our team as a receptionist back in October
2022. In her time at CDFC, she has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and a passion for dental care. Now as the office manager, she oversees the staff and schedules to keep the clinic running efficiently. She is also responsible for many of the fun decorations throughout the office! Kaila, thank you for your everything you do for us and our patient families!

🌟 Our August Employee of the Month is none other than our stellar lead dental assistant, Jayden! 🌟

Jayden first started assisting with us back in 2021. After a few years away from us to spend more time with her 3 young girls (you’ve seen her oldest star in a bunch of our recent posts!), she rejoined our team in the spring, and we are so grateful to have her back! As our lead dental assistant, she plays a vital role in keeping our clinic running smoothly. Her many responsibilities include managing our supply ordering, co-managing our social media, training new assistants, overseeing the daily schedule, and assisting in the care of our patients!

Jayden, from all of us at CDFC, we cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work and dedication!
