Happy Halloween from Village Dental 🎃 Here are a few tips to protect your teeth from all that candy:

🍬 Drink more water! Especially water with fluoride.
🍫 Avoid or limit sticky candy. They cling to teeth and are more difficult to wash away.
🍬 Eat candy with or shortly after a meal. Try not to snack on candy throughout the day. This will help prevent tooth decay.
🍭 And as always, brush and floss!
