Single anterior crown replacements are among the most challenging procedures in cosmetic dentistry. In this case, the existing crown was wider than the adjacent central incisor, making symmetry difficult to achieve. The patient’s edge-to-edge bite also left very limited room to adjust the tooth’s length and contours.

Using digital technology and close collaboration with our dental laboratory, we were able to create a restoration that blends naturally with the surrounding teeth while maintaining proper function.
