There are many reasons why South Dakota State will always hold a special place in our hearts. But for us, so much of it comes back to one thing: THE PEOPLE. 💙💛
John and I met on the SDSU Swimming & Diving team in 2007. We spent four years together swimming for the Jackrabbits - years that shaped us in ways we didn’t fully understand at the time.
Now, nearly two decades after we first donned the yellow and blue, those four years are still tightly woven into our story. SDSU Swimming & Diving gave us teammates who became friends, experiences we’ll never forget and, most importantly, each other. 💙
Today is One Day for STATE, and it’s an opportunity to give back to the university and programs that have given so much to so many of us.
There are many areas at SDSU worthy of support, but this year we hope you’ll consider joining us in making a gift specifically to Jackrabbit Swimming & Diving - helping give today’s student-athletes the same opportunity to compete, belong, grow and discover just how much being a Jackrabbit can shape the person they become.
Those four years flew by faster than we ever thought possible. But the people, the lessons and the pride of being a Jackrabbit? Those will stay with us forever. 💙💛
