Today is a bittersweet day at Lynn Lane Family Dentistry as we say goodbye — or maybe more accurately, “see you later” — to our hygienist, Michelle, after 4 dedicated years with our team. 🩷

Michelle has been such a steady, caring, and important part of our office family. She has taken amazing care of our patients, supported our team through the busy and stressful days, celebrated the good ones with us, and always brought kindness and compassion into the office.

While we are definitely sad to see her step away from dental hygiene for now, we fully support her decision to take this leave of absence and focus on her health and family. Sometimes life calls us in different directions, and we are wishing her nothing but happiness, peace, growth, and success wherever that path leads.

Michelle, thank you for the last 4 years, for your hard work, your loyalty, your friendships, and the care you gave so many people. You will absolutely be missed more than you know. ❤️

This morning started off extra special getting to treat one of our own - Jodie’s daughter, Sydney 💕

We used ICON resin infiltration to treat those white spot lesions… and WOW 🤩 what a difference!! No drilling, no numbing—just a minimally invasive way to blend and restore her natural enamel.

The results were instant and SO natural-looking. Sydney walked out with a brighter, more confident smile, and that’s what it’s all about 🦷✨

Some stories just remind us why I love what I do (shared with his permission)… ❤️

This sweet patient of ours is 80 years young and has been part of our dental family for over 5 years. Over time, we’ve helped him with many dental needs, but he had never done anything for his front teeth.

For several years, he was the primary caregiver for his wife. After she passed away a little over two years ago, he made the decision to start a new chapter - one that included getting back out there, rebuilding his confidence, and investing in himself again.

He originally planned to only improve his upper teeth. But after seeing what was possible with a preview of his new smile, he decided to go all in, and we completed both his upper and lower smile transformation.

And here’s what we love most about this story… age didn’t hold him back. When you truly understand the value of your smile—your confidence, your health, your happiness—you find a way. And he did just that.

Now, he’s getting married this summer to the second love of his life… with a brand new smile that he can’t stop showing off from ear to ear! 🥰

It’s never too late to invest in yourself. And we’re so honored to be part of journeys like his.
