Thank you to our amazing patients and partners for making our second annual Brockport Community Health Fair a success! πŸ’™

This year’s fair featured Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Optical, and specialty service screenings, plus support from Fidelis Care , Molina Healthcare , the Monroe County Department of Public Health , and the Brockport Lions Club , who generously provided breakfast for our patients.

Thank you Wilmot Cancer Institute & URMC for providing access to mammograms and skin checks to our patients. And thank you to Rochester Regional Health Patient Financial Services Team for providing enrollment support.
