"I appreciate Dr Park's usual approach of the efficient use of time, manpower, and material. He does that for himself as well as for the patients."

Before choosing us, this patient did her homework. As a nurse, she wanted to know exactly how she would be treated, not just what the treatment would be.

"We have a culture in the office of being there for each other, and we pull together as a team if something goes wrong. We then talk about the issue freely, and talk about how do we fix that freely. We work towards that goal, and that's been the biggest difference maker in this office."

That culture is why patients meet a team that shows up for them the same way it shows up for each other.

What stood out to one patient was not just the treatment. It was the team.

She told us that in a busy world, people rarely pause to really see the person walking through the door. From the first step, she felt professionalism, caring, and empathy, with everyone working toward the same goal together. She said that is something you do not find in a lot of practices, even across healthcare in general.

Dr. Park agrees. He says the team is made up of people who genuinely care and know how to work together, all pointed at the same goal: the patient.

Recovery can be one of the scariest parts of treatment, but this patient told us hers was easy. There was not one moment of concern. When she had questions, she called and got a quick answer every time.

At one point, she needed an antibiotic for a minor issue. Dr. Park was upfront with her: if it did not heal on its own, they might need to redo part of the work. He made sure she had the right prescription and the right guidance to heal properly, and it worked.

She said the reason recovery felt easy was simple: she had a great team behind her the whole way.

"There's not too many offices in the whole country that have this kind of technology to do the work that we do. This allows us to be very efficient as well as very accurate and able to provide the highest quality of teeth that one can get."
