Mark your calendars!🗓️🎃

Halloween is right around the corner, so it’s the perfect time to remind you about our annual candy buy back! Want to participate? It’s simple! Here are the details:

Anytime between November 2nd and November 4th, you can stop by either of our locations during regular office hours and turn your kiddos’ candy in for cash!

⏰Brentwood: 7am to 4pm
⏰Century Farms: 8:30am to 4:30pm

🍬1 gallon bag OR 4 sandwich bags per child= $4

All candy will be going to women and children’s shelters and troops!

Good cause 🤝🏼 money for the kiddos 🤝🏼 less candy in your house. We’ve got you covered😅

Clearly the most important thing to us is that kids feel comfortable from start to finish at every dental visit. It doesn’t take much to please us🤪

And we don’t just mean the kind of comfortable that has your kiddo asking to stay to watch the tv😅

Comfortable enough to let us know what’s on their mind
Comfortable enough to ask for a pause when they’re overwhelmed
Comfortable enough to trust us to let us take the best possible care of them

With so many new ways to up your dental health game and make it a self care ritual (which we’re so down for!), it can feel like you’re missing the mark with your kids’ dental health. How do we fix that? How do we make them see it the same way we do?

We don’t. Not right away, anyways. The most important thing you can do for your child if they don’t love brushing is be consistent and have fun!

They don’t want to brush, but
“We’re trying a new toothpaste flavor!”
“We picked out a new toothbrush with your favorite character!”
“Let’s see who can brush the fastest, me or you!”
“The dentist is going to be so proud you’ve been brushing your teeth every night!”

It may feel pointless a lot of the time, but finding a way to make it an enjoyable routine for your child can make all the difference! And when you’re still feeling like you could do better, we’re always here for a little motivation and advice🩵

Happy Labor Day! Grateful for a day off and a long weekend, and grateful for all those that work hard in whatever they do.

More than just the day off and long weekend, grateful for those that came before us and made change for days like this and safer days at work. May we always look towards progress in their honor and question what’s considered the norm.
