UNITED HEALTHCARE PATIENTS!!

You may have just received a letter stating that we no longer take your insurance. THIS IS INCORRECT! We are reorganizing our insurance coverages and in the process, United Healthcare coverage has paused TEMPORARILY. It will be completely reestablished within the next 60 days. The letter was auto-generated by UHC and does not contain all of the information. We know this is confusing and concerning for you, but never fear, all will be fixed shortly!
