We traded our scrubs for paintbrushes last week for some team building! We were reminded that not everything has to be perfect to be good! Everyone has their own style and that is a STRENGTH! A little encouragement goes a long way! Sometimes the best thing you can do for your team is to slow down and be together! What we do every day in the office matters! So does how we show up for each other behind the scenes! Strong team = better patient experiences!!
And for the record, we are sticking with teeth! It is what we do best! Stop by and see us!!
