A braces-friendly lunch can still be a great lunch! 😋

As you pack for the school day, look for foods that are soft, easy to chew, and gentle on braces. 🥪 Sandwiches made with soft bread, pasta, yogurt, applesauce, cheese, and soft fruits are all easy options to work into the lunchbox.

And remember to skip hard, sticky, or extra-crunchy foods like popcorn, nuts, and hard candy that could damage braces.
