DEAR PATIENT:
After much retrospection and deliberation, Dr. B and I have decided to pursue the next chapter in our lives and step away from our beloved dental practice. To say the least, this has been a very difficult decision. We have lived here and practiced what we love to do for 16 years. We have raised our children here as well as watch your own families grow throughout the years. We have shared dental problems, solutions, fears, laughter and even some tears. Together, we have really built a “family” practice. While we are excited to embark on our next ventures, we will always be grateful for your trust in permitting us to treat you and your families.
We have diligently and carefully evaluated a number of candidates to deliver the best care to our patients and practice. In doing so, we have selected Dr. Fiffe and Dr. McIntosh whom we believe possess the highest qualifications and are extremely well skilled in all phases of dentistry. Dr. Eliseo Fiffe is a graduate of University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. He has experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including Dental Implants and Oral Pathology. Dr. Kati McIntosh is a graduate from the University of Puerto Rico School with experience in Orthodontics and Esthetic Dentistry. Dr. Fiffe and Dr. McIntosh are married to each other as well and both have 4 children. They have been living in the Palm Beach area for more than 15 years.
Dr. Botwin and I consider ourselves fortunate and blessed to have worked beside an outstanding staff as well as excellent colleagues and professionals. We feel truly confident that Dr. Fiffe and Dr. McIntosh will continue to provide you and your family with the best dental care possible with the same office team and network. All of your important dental records and information will remain in the office and your current dental insurance plan will continue to be accepted and processed as usual. We encourage all patients to continue normal care and checkups. The office staff will continue to send you reminders of your regular check-ups and visits as well. We all wish to facilitate a seamless and pleasant transition for everyone. Over the past several weeks, we have been working together to ensure that the level of service our practice has delivered over the years will continue without interruption. We sincerely believe that Dr. Fiffe and Dr. McIntosh will treat you with the quality of care and compassion you have come to expect from our office.
In closing, we thank you again for your loyalty, support over the years.
Although our hearts are heavy, we are thankful for the friendship and lessons you have given us. As always, your dental health and well-being is our first concern.
