We are happy to make a special Veterans Day announcement at AKA!
Today is a fitting time to share the newest addition to our team, Dr. Maija Fish, our first associate Doctor!

Dr. Klassen and Dr. Fish’s relationship goes back to their days together as dentists in the U.S. Navy. Dr. Fish finished her under graduate studies at Northern Michigan University preceding her acceptance to Marquette University for dental school. She completed 5 years of active duty as a Navy dentist before entering into private practice.

Dr. Fish and her husband, John, now reside in Perrysburg with their 4 children. She has spent the past few years restoring her lovely home in the historic section of Perrysburg and has the eye and hand of a true artist! She also takes great pride in her involvement in her church Parrish. Dr. Fish has a passion for teaching and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Klassen to bring dental education services and experiences to the Pre-Dental Students at Bowling Green State University. Dr. Fish is an active member of the Black Swamp Dental Study club and already has wonderful, established relationships with many of the dental specialists in our area.

Dr. Fish brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and dedication to patient care, ensuring that you and your family continue to receive the highest quality dental services. She shares our commitment to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for all of our patients. We are confident that you will find Dr. Fish to be a wonderful addition to our practice.
