2) Vitamin C, D, and K help strengthen your enamel and improve your overall health.

❌ Crackers and refined carbs stick to your teeth and cause decay over time.

✅ Crunchy vegetables and apples were used to help clean teeth before we knew what a soft bristle toothbrush was!

3) Your dental cleanings are so important! While we recommend at least twice a year, we can also see if 3-4 visits a year is more ideal for you!
