September reminder: keep climbing. ⛰️

Whether your goal is big enough to put on a bucket list or small enough to tackle before breakfast, there’s no better feeling than looking back and realizing, “Wow, I actually did that.”

A new month is a great excuse to pick something you've been putting off, challenge yourself, and take that first step.

One climb at a time. One goal at a time. One smile at a time. 😉

We know the battle. 😂🪥

Some days, getting a kid to brush their teeth feels less like a routine and more like a negotiation.

A few things that can help:

🎶 Sing their favorite song while they brush
😂 Tell your best (or worst) dad joke
🎵 Let them pick the music—even if it's very much from your generation
⭐ Make a big deal out of the days they do a great job
🪥 And when they're little, remember: you still need to help/oversee their brushing!

Most importantly, give yourself some grace. Parenting is hard. You're not going to win every tooth-brushing battle, and that's okay.

At their regular dental visits, we're here to help you figure out what they're doing well, where they need a little more help, and how to make their routine work for your family.

And if your kid is anything like this cat… sometimes “tolerating it” counts as a win. 😂❤️

Let’s be honest… most people don’t read the 20 pages of size-6-font information that comes with a new prescription. 😅
