Originally from St. Louis, Dr. David Killen first moved to Seattle in 1984 to study chemistry at the University of Washington. After graduating at the top of his class from the University of Washington Dental School in 1996, he opened his dental practice in Bothell in 1997, ultimately relocating to his current state of the art office at Thrasher’s Corner in 2001. Dr. Killen is a member of the Amer

ican Dental Association and the Snohomish County Dental Society. Dr. Killen’s primary goal is to always provide the most optimal care available to each and every patient, recommending high quality options as needed to work within insurance or financial constraints. He has always held the opinion that the best tooth is an unrestored tooth and believes in preserving as many natural teeth as possible. As such, he is conservative with his treatment. As a result of his focus on detail and individualized care, Dr. Killen still sees patients he began treating 20 years ago, some of whom have moved far away but still come to him for their dental care. Dr. Killen lives with his wife and two children in Snohomish, along with their dog, cat, cockatoo and a plethora of fish. He enjoys spending time with his family, is active in his church and often relaxes with improvement projects, taking pride in his ability to make almost anything work. Dr. Killen looks forward to serving our community for another 20+ years.
