Using hand reamers and careful depth control Dr. Shadi Daher placed an ultrashort 5.0 x 5.0mm Bicon implant directly at the sinus floor without violating the sinus membrane or performing grafting. Six years later the implant remains stable with consolidated bone around the shoulder.
