🌿🦷 Tooth Talk Tuesday! 🦷🌿

A healthy smile starts with what’s on your plate! 🍎🥕 Choosing nutritious foods helps strengthen your teeth, protect your gums, and keep your smile looking its best.

✨ Today’s Tip:
Fuel your smile with crunchy fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and plenty of water. Try to limit sugary snacks and drinks—they can increase your risk of cavities.

A few small changes today can make a big difference for your oral health tomorrow! 💙💚
